Jake Hill has been penalised for the accident with Matt Neal in race three at Oulton Park which means Team Parker Racing and Stephen Jelley have inherited the race three victory – his first win since 2009 at Rockingham.
Hill initially led away from pole position but when Neal overtook him on lap three, the Trade Price Cars driver attempted to cut-back on the exit of turn one and tagged Neal spinning him across the track forcing Jason Plato and tom Ingram both to take avoiding action.
After the race, an angry Neal confronted Hill who remained professional and apologetic stating how the incident was ‘such a shame.’
Hill eventually held on for the win having soaked up pressure from Rory Butcher late on, but now drops to 14th.

Tom Oliphant also moves up to second with Sam Tordoff completing the podium in third place. Andrew Jordan is now classified fourth with Butcher fifth.
BTC Racing’s Josh Cook is now sixth, Ashley Sutton seventh, Colin Turkington eighth and Aiden Moffat ninth with Adam Morgan now rounding out the top-10.
Neal, Tom Chilton and Ollie Jackson also move up one position each to 11th, 12th and 13th respectively.
Carl Boardley remains in 15th and the day’s final points scorer.
